Carmen Navarro Gercone

Carmen is running for Cook County Sheriff and is the first woman and first Latina to be on the FBI National Academy Northern Illinois Division Board. She currently serves as Executive Clerk for Court Operations & Administration for the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Cook County.
Diana Lopez

Diana is a Candidate for Cook County Circuit Court. She has always fought for equal access to justice for children and families of all backgrounds. A first generation daughter of immigrants, she is committed to being a steward for justice, family values, and the well being of children in the judicial system.

In her 14 years as an attorney, Viviana has worked tirelessly to make the community a better place. She has represented workers, immigrants, and families facing foreclosure.
Iris Y. Chavira

Iris Y. Chavira is running for Cook County Circuit Court Judge in the 14th Subcircuit, which includes parts of Chicago’s Southwest Side and suburban Cook County. Now more than ever, it is important to elect judges who truly reflect the values and diversity of the people they serve, judges with diverse backgrounds, experience, and perspective, as it promotes greater trust and confidence in our legal system.

Yolanda's commitment to equal justice is unwavering. She is bilingual in English and Spanish. She can tell when an interpretation goes wrong, helping to protect the rights of those with language barriers. She will bring the four pillars of procedural justice to the bench and maintain a trauma informed courtroom.

Kina Collins

Kina is a lifelong activist and nationally recognized gun violence prevention and health care advocate with a proven track record of policy making, coalition building, and working with communities to improve public health and safety. She grew up in a working-class union family, her father a factory worker and her mother a crossing guard and certified nursing assistant, and attended Chicago public schools.

“Over the past three years, I've worked every day to advance green infrastructure, better land use management and clean energy initiatives at the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District, and I'm honored that I will be continuing that work as a commissioner,” said Commissioner Perry. “As a resident of the south suburbs, I'm proud to stand up for my community and all Cook County residents as we safeguard their health and safety and our waterways.”

Letty has vast experience volunteering with programs such as, Women in domestic violence, women’s shelters, through the foster kid system, from a food drive, a toy drive, a senior citizen drive, park clean up’s, recycling initiatives, a protest, a rally, advocating for your rights, as your caring nurse through community covid vaccine drives and when you are ill.
